Tirivelo is a two-sided pet care marketplace, that had a visually polished but functionally fragmented booking page. My focus was on trust gaps that appear when users are deciding, waiting, or returning. I noticed users could not easily complete a booking because the design mixed discovery, booking history, and provider selection without a clear path forward.
